Fluff Hardware Original Designs are our classic handmade jewelry and accessories that are created in-house at our State Street location in Boise Idaho. We have recently added timeless and unique women's accessories from other makers and manufacturers to our inventory including textiles, hats, purses, jewelry, and more, imported from around the globe.
Here at Fluff Hardware, we have two different kinds of "handling". If you ordered something from our "Imports" collection, your order should be ready to either ship out or be picked up from our shop within 1 to 2 business days.
If you ordered something from our Fluff Hardware Original Designs collection, (meaning jewelry that is handmade by us on-site) then each item is made-to-order and can take anywhere from 1-5 business days to make and be ready to ship out or picked up. If you are unsure about your items handling time, feel free to give us a ring and we can let you know for sure.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: We offer free domestic USPS First Class Shipping with tracking (1-5 days) on orders over $100. Or you can select any of the following shipping methods during checkout. USPS First Class (1-5 days depending on location), USPS Priority (1-3 days depending on location), or USPS Express (overnight or 1 day depending on location)
FREE LOCAL PICKUP: We are also now offering free local pick-up at your convenience from our new brick and mortar location in Boise ID. This is a great way to get your items in hand without having to wait for the post office! Our shop is located at 3109 W. State St., Boise ID, 83703. You will be emailed once your order has been made/fulfilled and is ready for pick-up.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Yes! We ship internationally! We are currently set up for flat rate shipping with tracking for $15 to the following countries: Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, United Kingdom, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Portugal, Mexico, Canada, Australia, Austria, Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands, & France. If you do not see your country listed above, please don't hesitate to contact us with your address and we'll be happy to provide you with a quote.
Did you lose an earring, or part of an earring? Or did you love them so much they broke? Please don't hesitate to contact us! We greatly appreciate customers who reach out to get their item repaired or replaced as it shows us they have an appreciation for our work. We are happy to work with you.
To start the process, please email us a photo of any/all remaining parts/pieces of the jewelry you have left and we'll get back to you letting you know if the item is fixable/replaceable. Depending on the type of repair, there may be a small fee. We will let you know once we see your piece/s.
We are happy to accept your unworn/unused items for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase with receipt or packing slip. Or simply let us know your order number so we can reference it in our system.
