FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

We’re happy to offer FREE USPS First Class shipping on all U.S. orders—no minimum required! This option includes tracking and typically arrives within 1–5 business days after we've made and shipped your item/s.

Need it sooner? You’ll have the option to upgrade to a faster shipping method during checkout.

HANDLING/PROCESSING TIME: 

Our current processing time is up to 3 business days. While we often ship sooner, please remember that every piece of Fluff Hardware is handmade by real humans right here in the USA, in safe and happy working conditions we’re proud of. We’re not Amazon—and we don’t want to be. Our priority is quality craftsmanship over speed.

Live in Boise? Skip the shipping and select Free Local Pickup at checkout! You can choose either of our brick-and-mortar locations for pickup.

You’ll receive an email as soon as your order is ready. Once notified, feel free to swing by anytime during business hours to grab your goodies.

By selecting this option, you agree to pick up your order within 7 days of receiving your fulfillment email.

We currently offer flat-rate international shipping with tracking for $14 to the following countries:
Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, United Kingdom, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Portugal, Mexico, Canada, Australia, Austria, Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands, and France.
