Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you purchase in November or December, we extend our return eligibility to February 1st.

We do not, at this time, cover the cost of return shipping. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, packing slip, or proof of purchase as we cannot accept returns without this information. Please share a note on your packing slip about why you are returning your item/s.

We can accept in-person returns to either of our brick and mortar stores in Boise, Idaho. Or to return your item via mail, please send it along with the receipt/packing slip to: Fluff Hardware Returns, 3232 W 31st St, Boise Idaho, 83714.

Self Service Returns: If you choose to return your item to us please login here to process your return. Or you are welcome to email us at customerservice@fluffhardware.com to have us process it for you.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To expedite the process, please include photos in your communications to us.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
If you receive your jewelry and it isn't what you expected, we are happy to exchange your purchase for something else. The fastest way to receive your alternate item is to order it separate from your return. Otherwise, you are welcome to request a return, ship it back to us, and we will then either invoice you for the price difference or refund you for the price difference and ship out the new item.


Refunds
Upon receiving your return, if your items are in their original unworn, unused condition, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
