Fluff Hardware is a woman-owned, artisan jewelry brand based in Boise, Idaho, located in the heart of the Live-Work-Create District. We specialize in handmade jewelry inspired by nature and vintage aesthetics, blending timeless design with modern craftsmanship.

Each piece is individually handcrafted using traditional metalworking techniques, including cutting, filing, dapping, stamping, texturing, wire wrapping, and patina-finishing. As of 2024, we have further enhanced our craftsmanship by welding jump rings and connections closed—ensuring durability and long-lasting wear.

At Fluff Hardware, we create handmade, high-quality jewelry inspired by nature and vintage aesthetics. Our ear wires and necklace chains are always crafted from sterling silver or 14-karat gold-filled materials, making them hypoallergenic, tarnish-resistant, and safe for sensitive skin.

Each piece is meticulously hand-forged, stamped, textured, and patina-finished in our Boise, Idaho studio. Our statement jewelry and minimalist designs are inspired by mountains, flowers, moths, birds, moons, stars, art deco motifs, and geometric shapes.

We incorporate sterling silver-plated brass and raw gold jeweler’s brass into our designs, materials chosen for their ability to develop a natural, vintage-inspired patina over time. Because we celebrate this organic aging process, we do not use anti-patina sealants—allowing each piece to evolve uniquely with wear.

Despite the bold, nature-inspired designs, our jewelry is lightweight and comfortable due to the thin-gauge metals we use. If a piece feels too heavy, we’re happy to offer an exchange.

To view products in person you are welcome to order a sampling of jewelry at full price (we ship free). If you choose to place a wholesale order with us, simply let us know you previously ordered samples along with your order number and we will happily apply 50% of the amount you spent as a credit to your opening order. ☺️

If you choose not to carry our line, you are able to simply return your jewelry order for a full refund. See our FAQ page for instructions on returns.

If you are local to Boise, ID, please visit either our Hyde Park or Downtown retail stores. There is an abundance of jewelry to be seen at both locations. We are happy to accomodate a "cash & carry" order if our retail manager is present. Please contact us to schedule an appointment in advance if this is your intention as our retail associates are unfamiliar with our wholesale processes.

Our wholesale pricing is 1/2 of the retail prices listed here on our website. You are welcome to price our products however you see fit.

Opening order and reorder minimums are $150. Going up soon so act fast.

We typically fulfill orders within 2–7 business days. However, lead times may be longer during peak seasons—such as the Faire Summer & Winter sales (late January and July), the holiday months of November and December, or when we experience high direct-to-consumer (DTC) order volume (which can be a crap shoot as to when.) During these times, fulfillment may take up to 3–4 weeks.

If you order via our Faire link you will automatically be approved for Net 60 terms with automatic payments through their platform.

When placing an order off of the Faire platform directly through us via email or phone, your credit card information will be required upon placing your order. We will email you your invoice, run your card, and send your receipt of payment when your order ships.

Please contact us if you are interested in Net Terms. We are happy to accommodate if you allow us to keep your card information securely on file and we can automatically charge it on your due date.

If you order via Faire (see details below) and are new to the platform, you'll get $100 off your first order, plus free shipping with us for an entire year.

Shipping for orders not placed on the Faire platform vary in price based on amount ordered, but typically are around $8 or less for priority shipping.

Each piece will arrive labeled with its item name on the back, making it easy to identify when reviewing your packing slip. Your package will also include printed labels featuring the item name and barcode (no pricing included). These labels will need to be applied to the jewelry by you.

Earrings come on a 2" x 2" Fluff Hardware branded card with a 7mm (hole punch sized) hole at the top so they can be hung from a nail of some sort.

Necklaces and Hair Forks will come with a 37x33 mm branded white cotton string hang tag.

Bracelet Cuffs come on a 63mm x 22mm card that fits our cuffs perfectly.

If you intend to use your own branding and tags, we would love it if you let us know in the notes of your order so we can forgo including them and minimize waste.

No cancellations unless you requested your order be shipped more than 2 weeks away from today's date.

If there is a problem with your order please contact us. Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt and a return authorization will be required.
