Job Details:

-- Travel to surrounding cities and states to set up a craft booth and sell our wares at Art/music Festivals/Markets. Lodging, per diem, and mileage reimbursement provided when applicable. Get paid to travel! (Bringing friends is highly encouraged!)

-- Jewelry Production: learn to make all of our Fluff Hardware jewelry designs in our jewelry studio.

-- Customer service: Greeter, question answer-er, and checkout cashier at our brick & mortar store and/or at festivals/pop-ups.

-- Help maintain the beauty of the cutest boutiques in Boise

-- Flexible scheduling but MUST have open availability on the weekends.

Job requirements:

-- *Must have a driver’s license and own reliable vehicle, or access to a vehicle regularly

-- *Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work as a team

-- Self-motivated

-- Confident and self-assured

-- *Great attention to all the teeny tiny details

-- Excellent fine motor skills

-- Good organizational skills

-- Ability to follow instructions and handle (constructive) feedback on works completed.

-- Outgoing, patient, and great customer service

-- Somewhat flexible (Schedule-wise. We’re flexible too!)

-- *Punctual 

-- Able to lift 20-50lbs & stand for extended periods of time

-- No experience necessary

-- The ideal candidate will exibit a strong sense of personal style that aligns with the personality of the Fluff Hardware brand and be able to articulate an understanding of evolving fashion movements, including but not limited to jewelry.

-- Must be 18 or older

-- Dog lover. (We have shop pups!)
