Our ear wires and necklace chain are always either sterling silver or 14 karat gold filled. Both perfect for longevity and for folks with sensitivities to metal. 😎
The pendant part of our pieces are either sterling silver plated brass (a solid thick plate of sterling) or a beautiful raw gold jewelers brass. Both of these materials age and patina so beautifully over time that we have chosen not to apply an “anti-patina” sealant to allow for this natural and lovely process to occur. Fluff Hardware gets better with age!

Despite the size of some of our designs, our jewelry is incredibly lightweight due to the really thin gauge of metal we use. No need to worry about weight when ordering some of our larger designs. We’re so confident of this that if you were to ever have a customer return due to its weight, we’ll be happy to exchange it for you.

To view products in person you are welcome to order a sampling of jewelry at full price (we ship free). If you choose to place a wholesale order with us, simply let us know you previously ordered samples along with your order number and we will happily apply the amount you spent as a credit to your opening order. ☺️
If you choose not to carry our line, you are able to simply return your jewelry order for a full refund. See our FAQ page for instructions on returns.

If you are local to Boise, ID, please visit either our Hyde Park or Downtown retail stores. There is an abundance of jewelry to be seen at both locations. We are happy to accomodate a "cash & carry" order if our retail manager is present. Please contact us to schedule an appointment in advance if this is your intention as our retail associates are unfamiliar with our wholesale processes.

Our wholesale pricing is 1/2 of the retail prices listed here on our website. You are welcome to price our products however you see fit.

Opening order and reorder minimums are $150. 

We are currently fulfilling orders within a 1-3 business day time frame. This can vary depending on the time of year and may be extended from September through the end of the year. Best to get your orders in early!

Credit card information will be required upon placing your order. We will email you your invoice and receipt of payment when your order ships.
If you order via our Faire link you will automatically be approved for Net 60 terms with automatic payments through their platform.

If you order via Faire (see details below) and are new to the platform, you'll get $100 off your first order, plus free shipping with us for an entire year.
Shipping for orders not placed on the Faire platform vary in price based on amount ordered, but typically are around $8 or less for priority shipping.

All pieces will come labeled with their item name hand written on the back so they are easily identifiable when reviewing your packing slip. Earrings come on a 2" x 2" Fluff Hardware branded card with a 7mm (hole punch sized) hole at the top so they can be hung from a nail of some sort. Necklaces and all other products (aside from toe rings and ear cuffs) will come with a 33x15 mm branded white cotton string hang tag.

If you intend to use your own branding and tags, we would love it if you let us know in the notes of your order so we can forgo including them and minimize waste.

No cancellations. If there is a problem with your order please contact us. Claims must be made within 5 days of receipt and a return authorization will be required.
