Functioning miniature pocket knife necklace, available in two sizes. "Regular" and "Junior".  Both designs come with a gemstone inlay with a rad brass point, and genuine turquoise stone that hangs from a 14 karat gold filled or sterling silver chain.

Seashell stone colors vary and may come in mother of pearl (white or pinkish), abalone (colorful, greens, blues purples, black, etc.).
